When will I get my tracking number?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a shipping confirmation with your Australia Post tracking number.
My tracking hasn't updated
It can take up to 24 hours for Australia Post to scan your parcel after we hand it over. If there's no update after 2 business days, get in touch and we'll look into it.
I can't find my confirmation email
Check your spam or promotions folder. Still can't find it? Contact us with your name and order number and we'll send it again.
